The restaurant was good with a nice view. the location was amazing, just a short stroll away from Sveta gora Hill. A safe and a mobile phone were a bonus.

Friendly and welcoming reception staff greeted us, and the place was tidy. 😊

Tasteful and fairly clean hotel with cool and super staff at the receptionist in front of us. Great location near the shops with views of the town. Based really close to the main square, the center of the town and most museums and the Tsarevets Fortress🙂❤

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and had a pleasant attitude, the restaurant served fresh and delicious breakfast.

The stuff were friendly and they really struggle to do their best with the limited resource of the Hotel. Best value for money that I can find, as clean as for 2 stars, clean bed shits, I was surprised to find in the room also brand new ac (extra for 2 euro/day), fridge, excellent for teens or family with low budget.

The toilet was not clean properly and in the bathroom was a terrible smell. Few parking places (10 max), even if they find me a place after all and I thank them for that. Breakfast was until 9.30, miss it every time, probably that was the idea. The food was terrible, for dinner you have to be there at the opening, otherwise you get almost nothing, in my opinion it's not worth it almost 10 euro, you can eat a lot better in a restaurant with that amount.

The Jaccusi made much noise after elec.failure. Reception could not stop it. It went on for hours and we lost sleep. Eventually you removed power fuse. There was a small switch on the bath.which probably would have stopped the noise. Your receptionist knew nothing about this We should have been told about this when we moved in. A "label" on the wall beside this tiny switch would have helped

Spacious rooms with a choice of hypoallergenic and down pillows. Abundant and freshly cooked breakfast options. - Friendly and welcoming staff with a positive attitude.

The hotel staff was helpful. You can even exchange money at the reception at a better rate than at an exchange office.

If you go by car be careful with the parking. You can park on the street in fornt of the hotel, but make sure you check-in immediately and tell them the license number of your car, so the hotel can pay the parking for your car.

The staff, the fact they waited for me with air cooler in function in a warm day. The appropriate water pressure on the bathroom.

Very old communistic style of hotel but for a money it was good value. Breakfast was ok for the price. The room was clean and was cleand everyday during our stay in Golden Sands. Good location near nightlife.

We had only cold water in our room for most part of our stay.

The staff at Hotel Tsarevets were top notch -- friendly, helpful, they would do anything to help make our stay enjoyable. The location -- just down the street from the fortress, and within walking distance of the old town -- was also perfect for us. Our room was small -- space was tight -- but the pros far outweighed the cons.
